Delivery Charges

• Inside Kushtia: ৳60

• Outside Kushtia: ৳120

• Delivery charges may vary depending on the product, weight, size, or destination.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional courier handling charges may apply where applicable.

• Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be considered as orders placed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Kushtia: Within 1–2 business days

• Outside Kushtia: Within 2–5 business days

• Major cities including Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

• Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notes

• Any order placed after 8:00 PM will be treated as an order for the next working day.

• Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding government/public holidays.

• Delivery may be delayed due to product availability, courier issues, bad weather, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are requested to inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person after receiving it. If any wrong or damaged product is found, please contact us immediately.

International Delivery

Currently, Kushtia Mobile Parts delivers products only within Bangladesh. Customers from outside Bangladesh are welcome to place orders, provided the delivery address is located within Bangladesh.
