Delivery Rules — Bonna Hardware

At Bonna Hardware, we are committed to ensuring your tools, machinery, and hardware arrive safely, securely, and on time. Below are our standard delivery guidelines and rates for all orders placed through our website.

1. Our Delivery Process

We deliver products across Bangladesh using trusted logistics channels to ensure safe handling of heavy and delicate hardware:

  • Local Delivery: via our in-house delivery team (where available inside Kushtia).

  • Nationwide Delivery: via our trusted courier partners for orders outside Kushtia.

2. Delivery Charges

Our standard base delivery rates are as follows:

  • Inside Kushtia: ৳60

  • Outside Kushtia (Nationwide): ৳120

Important Note on Heavy Tools: Due to the nature of hardware and machinery, delivery charges may vary based on the total weight, physical dimensions of the product, and your final destination. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, standard courier handling charges may also apply. Any adjusted shipping fees will be communicated with you prior to dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Kushtia: 1–2 business days.

  • Outside Kushtia: 2–5 business days.

  • Major Cities: Deliveries to major hubs including Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh generally take 2–4 business days.

4. Order Cut-Off Times

  • Any orders placed after 8:00 PM will be logged and processed on the following business day.

  • Our standard business days are Saturday through Thursday (excluding government and public holidays).

5. Receiving Your Parcel (Crucial!)

Because hardware items can be heavy or complex:

  1. Inspect Before Signing: We strongly request that all customers inspect the parcel in front of the delivery representative before accepting and signing for it.

  2. Report Issues Immediately: If any product is found to be damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, do not accept the package and contact our support team immediately while the delivery person is still present.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we always strive for prompt delivery, transit times may occasionally be delayed due to courier network issues, extreme weather conditions, product availability, political unrest, or other unforeseen logistical events. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare circumstances.

7. International Delivery

Currently, Bonna Hardware delivers products only within Bangladesh. International customers are welcome to place orders on our website, provided the final delivery address is located within Bangladesh.
