• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Kushtia: 1–2 business days

• Outside Kushtia: 2–5 business days

• Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier-related issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide the courier tracking number (where available) via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct.

• Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

• If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
