We deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Kushtia: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Kushtia: 2–5 business days

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related network issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and package weight. These charges will be displayed during checkout or confirmed with you prior to order dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your hardware order has shipped, we will provide the courier tracking number (where available) via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate.

  • Someone should be available at the designated address to receive and sign for the heavy parcels or tools.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Parcel Inspection

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or if any items are missing, please notify the courier delivery representative immediately and contact our support team.

8. Potential Delays

While we strive to ensure your equipment arrives on schedule, unforeseen delays may happen due to courier logistics, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
