Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Orders are shipped only after successful confirmation by phone or WhatsApp (if required).

Estimated Delivery Time

• Kushtia City: 1–2 business days.

• Outside Kushtia: 2–5 business days.

• Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on the courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and courier service. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive the courier tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call (where applicable).

Delivery Conditions

• Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Parcel Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please inform the courier immediately and contact Kushtia Mobile Parts before opening the package.
